Not A City Girl

What cities do you want to visit?

Give me a small town or village any day! I’m more likely to be found in the rural areas, deep in the trees, surrounded by nature’s peace. I’m not a city girl, and I don’t think I’ll ever be. Too many people, too much noise, too many things vying for my attention. Give me the great outdoors any day!

I’ve never yearned for the bright lights of Vegas or any other city, for that matter. The thought of sensory overload makes me shudder. I crave the quiet, the simplicity, and the beauty of nature.

And let’s be real, I love a good ol’ fashioned chat with a friendly stranger. In small towns, you can still find people who’ll give you a warm smile and a helping hand.

In the city, everyone seems to be in a rush, stuck in their own bubble of deadlines, schedules, and shopping lists. Don’t get me wrong, I think people are lovely, but city life just doesn’t suit me.

I love how, in small towns, you can still experience the kind of community that feels like family. People take the time to talk, to share stories, and to show you around. It’s personal, it’s engaging, and it’s what adds value to the whole experience.

As anyone who reads my blog knows, I’m all about spreading love and kindness wherever I go. Give me a small town, surrounded by trees, mountains, and friendly faces, and I’m one happy camper!
