What would your life be like without music?
By Tracy Schruder
My life would resonate with nature’s gentle choir,
Tuned to the whispers of the earth’s sweet fire,
I’d listen deep to breezes shuddering through the trees’ desire,
To birds singing full-throated, swooping earthward with lyrical wire.
I’d drink the forest’s polyphonic sounds with eager soul,
Cracking branches’ whispers beneath my wandering feet’s control,
I’d hum in harmony with willow’s creaking ancient role,
Heavy branches singing low, a tender, wistful soul.
I’d attune to breath’s soft cadence, feeling rhythms intertwine,
Spinning round in dizziness where inner echoes align,
My heartbeat’s steady drum would bring a calm so divine,
Birds’ loving songs would cradle me in peace’s tender shrine.
In nature’s music, free from artifice’s grasp I’d dwell,
My spirit bathed in wild harmony’s sweet, unspoken spell.
Thanks for stopping by 😊
