My Morning Ritual: A Journey of Mindful Awakening

As I slowly open my eyes, my morning ritual begins. Still nestled in bed, I take a moment to connect with my body and mind. I start by wiggling my toes, feeling the gentle stirrings of life. This simple act sets the tone for a mindful and intentional morning routine.

A Mindful Scan
I gradually bring my attention to different parts of my body, scanning from my feet to my calves, thighs, and beyond. This deliberate check-in allows me to assess my physical and emotional state, ensuring that I’m waking up feeling refreshed and centered.

Clearing the Mind and Breath
Next, I focus on cleansing my mind and breath. I imagine any residual thoughts or stagnant energy being gently released, creating space for a new day. This mental clarity sets the stage for a meditative practice that nourishes my soul.

Meditation and Connection to My Inner Self
I dedicate 15 minutes to meditation, allowing myself to settle into a state of inner peace. As I sit in stillness, I tune into my inner world, feeling the vibrational energy that resides within me. This connection to my inner self grounds me, preparing me to face whatever the day may bring.

Embracing the Day with Intention and Curiosity
Following my meditation, I take a moment to cuddle with my feline companions and provide them with a nourishing breakfast. As I sip my coffee, I immerse myself in the soothing sounds of solfeggio music. With an open heart and mind, I curiously welcome the day, allowing its unfolding to guide me.

A Day Filled with Purpose and Creativity
As I embark on my daily journey, I may engage in writing, painting, or tending to my responsibilities as a teacher and guide. Whatever the day holds, I approach it with intention, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the beauty that surrounds me.

In this peaceful and mindful morning ritual, I find the strength and inspiration to navigate life’s twists and turns. By embracing each new day with curiosity and openness, I cultivate a deeper connection to myself, the world, and the infinite possibilities that await us all.

      Hi Shreeti, I certainly can. First I focus on my thoughts and examine them for any negativity. Next, I breathe deeply and slowly through my nose sending the fresh air mentally into the thoughts. Im visualizing my mind as being the lungs taking in the air. I hold the breath and visualize it gathering any thoughts that are stagnant or useless and as I exhale through my mouth, slowly and deeply, (my mind being the lungs) I push out the thoughts with the breath. I repeat this process until my mind is empty, quiet and clear, ready for a new day.
      The body has a steady vibration so, I focus on that feeling along with visualizing my body as a river of flowing light. I allow this light to dissolve any residual energy and replace it with clean new energy.
