My Latest Book
“Journey to a New Self” was inspired by my own life experiences. After journaling for over 20 years, I decided to dig into my memories and share my story with the world. I had been working on this manuscript since 2017 so, on New Year’s Day 2025, I began compiling snippets from my journals, and the book flowed together like magic.
