Where can you reduce clutter in your life?
By Tracy Schruder

An internal gut punch sparks my awareness as the flash of an unpleasant memory enters my field of consciousness. It enters through the silence of a peaceful mind, out of the dark corner in the room of the ego. Itβs an extremely, cluttered room. It traps the flow of light in the dark memorable spaces where my actions are drenched in regret from unconscious behaviours that have caused harm to myself and others. My lost pets faces, lingering, as my heart pleads for just one more cuddle. In the tightly packed pile, where layers of memories of loved ones dwell, passed on, without receiving my best careβ¦ Guilt. The dust that lay a top this pile swirls and mingles as the heavy winds of pain, pull out their worst yet. Thatβs where I could reduce clutter in my life.
